Sharing teaching and learning resources with schools in Leicestershire

Our Director Jude recently delivered a music-making and singing workshop for 110 Year 3 students in Leicestershire at Melton Mowbray Library. The group was introduced to teaching and learning resources which were created in conjunction with our EYFS project, Project Dinkiloo Laa - Song swap & share, kindly supported by Arts Council England.

The project saw an international exchange of children’s favourite songs from childhood in The Gambia and the UK. Songs were shared and learnt in both countries in local languages and celebration assemblies saw the children performing their new songs and showcasing new music and singing skills.
