Developing Performance Group Kaira Kafo - led by Jokeh Sillah

Percussion and dance group, Kaira Kafo, has been growing and doing great things throughout 2023. First developed as an in-house BeatFeet project, the group has grown into a sustainable performance group performing at festivals and events around the Midlands.

The group is led by Gambian Dance Artist and Teacher, Jokeh Sillah, and includes a diverse collaboration of artists, each bringing their own skills and experience to the group within areas such as West African percussion and traditional dances, Contemporary dance, Folk Belly dance, and contemporary Western music.
